Thank you to everyone who donated to another of our successful pumpkin seasons. This year Faith and Rachel raised $559.55 for the Canadian Cancer Foundation!! They took the money to the Cancer Foundation Office in Abbotsford Hospital which was very grateful for the donation. It would not be possible without all your support. See you next year!!

Wetlands Threatened by Expanding Industustrial Developments on Langley and Abbotsford Border5/7/2019 Brit Gardner - I went for a Langley walk yesterday along the West Creek headwaters, in Gloucester Industrial Estates. Close to where I grew up. Thanks to the beavers, these wetlands are a beautiful, thriving, and complete ecosystem. The creek headwaters are home to salmon spawning, geese, ducks, rare and migratory birds, rabbits, and countless other wildlife.
The annual Mt. Lehman Garden Club Plant and Bake sale will be held this Saturday, May 11th, 2019 @ 9am until 12 noon at the Mt. Lehman Credit Union parking lot, under the tent. There will be a wide variety of member grown perennials, trees and shrubs, as well as a selection of delicious home-baked items, all very reasonably priced. For info, contact Maureen at 604-856-2851.
