The Provincial Government has very recently amended the Agricultural Land Commission Act and Regulations to provide that where a local government (or the Commission itself) proposes to exclude land from the ALR it must have the owner’s written consent within a period of not less than 60 days....

By John Russell Walsh - It has come to our attention that the City of Abbotsford is appealing the ALC's decision to deny the removal of 225 acres of A1 farmland adjacent to the Gloucester Industrial Estate by adding the exclusion to the recently revised Official Community Plan (OCP). The community of Bradner requests that any decision to either approve or reject this or any other exclusion application needs to be based on reason and facts.
Local resident Andrew Gray tied the knot June 25th, 2016 to his long time girlfriend Cherylea Ugolini. The two were married at Mt Lehman Country farms and had their reception at the Bradner Hall. They had a beautiful wedding surrounded by friends and family! A photobooth, candy cart and led dance floor kept the night going.
