The campaign to support the reactivation of the 99km Interurban Passenger Rail Corridor with Hydrogen Rail is growing! The corridor will provide interregional transit south of the Fraser River between the Pattullo Bridge SkyTrain Station and Chilliwack greatly reducing vehicle traffic on Highway #1.

Misinformation; a sign that perhaps should be corrected. Not Est. 1864! The informative sign post as you enter the settlement community of Mount Lehman is a very thoughtful introduction sign. However, I for one, believe the date is ten years out as in my opinion, the discussion and decision to call the community Mount Lehman occurred well after 1874. If you are wondering about the for sale signs - the office is moving to shop space around the corner at 30004 Taylor Road in late May 2021. A recent Mt. Lehman news letter accidentally published an error indicating that Taylor Insurance is closing - this is not true. Taylor Insurance will remain open for a very long time. Thank you!
