 Way to go City of Abbotsford. You've decided to support an application that will destroy a community, pollute a salmon spawning creek and obliterate an area that is environmentally fragile. It's ok though because your friend Ron Emerson will make millions of dollars.

Opening Day - Tuesday, July 18, 2017  A PROTEST RALLY has been organized to demonstrate Bradner and Mt Lehman's stance on the City of Abbotsford's application to EXCLDE 699 acres for Industrial Parks! This Monday (July 17th) @ 7:30am in the Dunach Elementary parking lot (corner of Mt Lehman and Downs). NO TO EXCLUSIONS / HONK IF YOU AGREE. Make a sign, make a banner and see you there! This EXCLUSION will add 12,000+ cars on our Rural Roads! The City of Abbotsford has NO answers on road infrastructure upgrades!
 By Don Burke, MD, FRCPC, FACP - Dear Mayor Braun and Abbotsford City Council Members, This letter is on behalf of the physicians of Abbotsford and like-minded professionals.
It is my understanding that city council is intending to vote on whether to remove two parcels of land, one near the airport (Plan B), and the other in Bradner (Plan A), from ALR protection in order to allow industrial development. I also understand that there is a public hearing scheduled for July 17th at city hall regarding this topic.  Come out and tell the City of Abbotsford what you think about pulling 699 acres out of the ALR for Industry in West Bradner and South Mt Lehman. Each opinion will be recorded in the official minutes.
