Delfresh Caught Polluting... AGAIN

Delfresh Mushroom Farms Type 'A' composting facility has been caught again dumping toxic waste into the same little tributary in Bradner that feeds a protected waterway, Nathan (Beaver) Creek, the same one Delfresh was discovered to be polluting in 2016.

About a half dozen Provincial and Federal Environment officers were on the scene Wednesday August 1st, 2018 after nearby residents reported that Nathan (Beaver) Creek was slimy and had many dead fish littering the bottom of the creek.

The officials discovered the source of the pollution to be at the same culvert that was being used in 2016 by Delfresh's Type 'A' mushroom composting facility to pump out fluid from its toxic holding ponds. The investigation is underway.
