Abbotsford / Vernon / Victoria, BC – October 19, 2022 – Calling all BC grade 4-12 students! Are you passionate about cooking with BC grown foods? If so, enter the 3rd annual Field to Fork Challenge now to November 9, 2022! Students can enter this fun competition by submitting their BC grown recipes and cooking demos – for a chance to win amazing prizes!
About the ChallengeThe 2022 Field to Fork Challenge is hosted by BC Agriculture in the Classroom Foundation (BCAITC), 4-H British Columbia (4-H BC), and the Youth Development Team from the BC Ministry of Agriculture and Food, with the partnership of Buy BC and support of Save-On-Foods. The past two years’ Field to Fork Challenges were a huge success! Participants showcased their food passions with an amazing array of delicious BC grown recipes such as Lemon Dill Lamb Kabobs with Tzatziki, BC Heirloom Tomato Tart, and BC Blueberry Skillet Cake.
