Barbara Yates - Sign up for an introductory 8 week yoga course in a private studio in Mt. Lehman. Learn yoga in the Iyengar Tradition. Including Hatha Yoga: the physical poses and Pranayama: breath awareness.

No experience necessary. If you have an injury, or chronic pain, please inform the instructor. If you are under the care of a health provider, please embark on this course of study with their approval.

Private fully equipped clean studio in garden setting, with many props, trestler, wall ropes etc. in Mt. Lehman is hosting small, semi private classes.

Thursdays from June 20th, 2019 to August 8th, 2019 - 90-Minute classes @ 10 am and 6:30 pm. Fee $120. Iyengar Method hatha yoga and pranayama with instructor Barbara Yates a senior Iyengar Method teacher with 35 years teaching experience.

Barbara Yates is certified to teach at a senior level, she has been teaching since 1987 in both Los Angeles and Mt. Lehman, since 1993. Iyengar yoga focuses on structural alignment, organic health, core strength, increased range of motion: balance. Equilibrium in body and mind opens perception to meaningful life.
